4. How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please go to the “My Account” page and click on “Unsubscribe.”

5. What is the duration of a game contest competition?

Competition time may vary between 1 and 3 months and will be indicated in the rules before the contest begins.

6. How does a game contest work?

During a specified period, a contest will be set up on a dedicated game, and players can play as much as they want until the period ends. Once it ends, a prize of our choice will be awarded to the winner.

This can be renewed by us for a chosen period.

7. I was playing a game from the Ethio-Arena Pass catalog, but it’s no longer listed. Where did it go?

Games may be removed from the catalog after a certain period.

8. Do you offer games of all categories?

The Ethio-Arena mobile game catalog contains PEGI-rated games (or other rating systems). Ratings vary by market; check the individual game detail pages to confirm. You can view the list of games currently available on Ethio-Arena HERE.
