ይህ አገልግሎት በሞባይል ፓስ (ከዚህ በኋላ «ኤምፒ» ወይም «ኩባንያው» በመባል በተጠቀሰው) የቀረበ ሲሆን የኩባንያው አድራሻ ዝርዝር መረጃ በ«የአሳታሚው መረጃ እና የደንበኞች አገልግሎት» የሚለው ማውጫ ላይ ይገኛል።
በኢትዮ አሬና ጣቢያ ላይ የቀረቡትን አገልግሎቶች በሞባይል መተግበሪያ እና/ወይም አጭር የጽሑፍ መልእክት (ኤስኤምኤስ) (ከዚህ በኋላ «ድጋፍ(ፎች)» በመባል የተጠቀሱትን) መድረስ/ማግኘት በዚህ ሰነድ ላይ የተቀመጡትን ደንብና ሁኔታዎች (ከዚህ በኋላ «ደንብና ሁኔታዎች» በመባል የተጠቀሱትን) ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ ሙሉ በሙሉ እንደተቀበሏቸውና እንደተስማሙባቸው ተደርገው ይቆጠራሉ።
ደንብና ሁኔታዎቹ የተዘጋጁት በእንግሊዝኛ ሆኖ ሰነዱን ከደንበኞች ድጋፍ ክፍል ኦንላይን ማግኘት ይቻላል። ኩባንያው እነዚህን ደንብና ሁነቴዎች የማሻሻል መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
ከዚህ በታች የተቀመጡት እያንዳንዱ ድንጋጌዎች በነጠላ ሆነ በብዙ ቁጥር ሲጠቀሱ የሚከተለው ትርጓሜ ይኖራቸዋል፦
የደንበኝነት ምዝገባ፦ ለሁሉም አገልግሎቶች በአንድ ቀን ክፍለ ጊዜ ለመጠቀም የተከፈለበትን ጥቅል የሚያመላክት ሲሆን ይኸው ጥቅል በነዚህ ደንብና ሁኔታዎች በተቀመጡት ድንጋጌዎች ካልተሻረ በቀር በቀጣዩ ቀን እንደገና የአገልግሎት ጊዜው በቀጥታ የሚታደስ ይሆናል። የደንበኝነት ምዝገባው ክፍያ መጠየቂያ ለተጠቃሚው በአጭር የጽሑፍ መልእክት ይደርሰዋል።
Terms of Prizes
- All contest winners will be contacted by Ethio Arena via phone call to the number used to participate in the contest.
- Any unclaimed prizes will be kept for 6 months and expire after 6 months.
- If a winner is found to have won multiple prizes using multiple mobile numbers, only the highest prize will be awarded.
- All winners must provide identification documents to receive the prizes. Prizes may be received by a representative of the winner by providing a Power of Attorney from the winner. The following documents shall be accepted for identification: ID Card or a VALID Passport.
- By participating in the contest, winners agree that any of their data, including names, surnames, initials, photos, and video images, can be used by Ethio telecoms and Ethio Arena for advertising purposes without prior consent and free of charge. The prize will only be delivered once the necessary photo is taken as per Ethio Telecom's requirement.
- Ethio telecom and the organizers have the right to ban any user who conducts inappropriate behavior towards the service, including but not limited to influencing the results of the service that may affect other players
- Winners will only be rewarded as long as they stay subscribed to the service by the end of the contest.
